Our firm is looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court and negotiating settlements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, be able to think quickly and creatively, and have a strong understanding of the law. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the law and is committed to providing the highest quality of service to our clients.
You must be licensed with the California State Bar to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and contracts
Conduct legal research and provide written summaries of findings
Analyze legal issues and provide advice to clients
Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses
Represent clients in court proceedings
Advise clients on a variety of legal issues
Negotiate settlements of disputes
Pay dependent on experience (range provided is not final pay).

Requirements
- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in litigation and negotiation is preferred but not required.
