Description

Hughes & Pizzuto, APC is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, taxation, or a related practice area. 

Responsibilities

• Advise clients regarding estate planning, trust administration, and uncontested probate matters
• Prepare estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives
• Prepare probate and trust administration pleadings and filings
• Work directly with clients, fiduciaries, accountants, and financial advisors

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant legal experience
• Strong drafting, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage matters independently and engage directly with clients
