We are seeking an experienced, driven, and client-focused Personal Injury Attorney to join our Pre-Litigation team. This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing firm that values results, professionalism, and exceptional service.

Openings available in Orange, Seminole, Lake, Brevard, Hillsborough, Polk, Alachua, and Marion Counties.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of solid legal experience
• Personal injury experience preferred
• Attorneys without PI experience will be considered if highly motivated and eager to learn — we are willing to mentor and train the right candidate
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Driven to exceed goals while delivering outstanding client service
• Professional, organized, and team-oriented

What You’ll Do

• Manage a pre-suit personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
• Develop case strategy and maximize value
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure exceptional service
• Work collaboratively with case managers and support staff
• Push cases forward efficiently while maintaining quality and integrity

Compensation

• Compensation is performance-based and competitive, with a salary range of $150,000 – $250,000, depending on experience and results.
